The company distributes basic IBM Compatible Machine Packages, Computer peripherals and Storage, back up drives, Office Automation, & POS Equipment. To complement these products, the company carries computer & printer supplies such as ink, cartridge, ribbon, continuous forms, & other consumables.

Service Profile in Brief

Maintenance.  Infosys offers preventive maintenance services to the clients, this service is being offered to anticipate & prevent computer breakdown, thus minimizing the need for repairs especially for mission-critical network.

PC Troubleshooting on call basis.  Infosys provides on call technical services for clients, which will be responded immediately by the company’s technical team.  The service includes system check up, repair & installation of hardware, Software installation, Data CD back up.

Network Management.  With the extensive expertise in building & installing Local Area Network, Infosys accepts project that range from simple two-computer peer to peer connection to a sophisticated Wide Area Network.  The scope of our services includes, but not limited to:

Maintenance & PC Trouble Shooting

Infosys provide a high level of end-user service and comprehensive technical support at a reasonable cost. The sell and forget attitude attributed by many hardware and software vendors has left the private PC users with virtually nowhere to turn for support when a problem occurs.

Infosys offers Computer Service Program. At a very low cost we can provide your organization services such as repair, system upgrades & preventive maintenance.

The program covers the following:

c.     Cleaning of CPU Box (Internal & External)

d.     Diagnostic Test on Peripherals

e.     Optimization of Hard disk

f.        Scanning/Removal of virus

g.     On-line telephone assistance

h.      Service unit provision (if unit was purchase from Infosys)

i.         On-site Monthly visit for Anti Virus update

Terms

a.   The service program covers only repair & troubleshooting, replacement of any defective parts shall be shouldered by the client.  Installation is free of charge.

b.   The contract is effective for one (1) year, and will  be automatically renewed from year to year, unless either party gives the other a written notice of the intent to terminate services, at least thirty days prior to a contract anniversary date

c.    The contract shall not include damages caused by fortuitous events such as flood, earthquake and other man-made disasters.
